BeroBase
Series 500
BeroBase Series 500 is a high-quality clear-over-base
system, to be finished with a clear coat.
The mixing system is a compact and complete
system which can be applied with conventional
as well as High Efficiency techniques. Refering
to the wide range of colour formulas and
43 mixing colours, all solid, metallic and
pearl/mica car-colours can be made. |

BeroThane
Series 700 (Fleet)
Especially for large surfaces like trucks
and coaches, De Beer has developed a
special
2K mixing system. Combined with a special
additive, flash off initially occurs
more
slowly, so that the spray mist can be
absorbed for a longer period of time.
The result is a very sleek, higher gloss
surface. This slower flash off in the
initial stage is a significant advantage
when spraying large surfaces, allowing
total product flow with no dry edges.
You do not lose a second, however, as
total drying time remains the same. In
order to offer you a high level of efficiency
and simplicity, the number of mixing
colours has been reduced to a practicable
minimum
16. The mixing system offers a very specific
range of colours, precisely suited to
the requirements of this sector, including
the colour White Extra, which has an
excellent
covering power. In combination with a
White Epoxy Primer, extra efficiency
and
profitability can be realised by savings
in time, materials and less necessary
spraycoats.

contains lots of motor and effect formulations
in BeroBase series 500 combined with various
Colour Additives 1-09. This combination
provides extremely bright colours. When
finished with Clear Coat, you will get
a long lasting, shiny artwork.
